The problem
Avara Foods' quality control data was trapped in paper-based documents and disconnected operational systems across multiple sites. Manual data entry created bottlenecks and reporting delays that limited operational decision-making.
Building it
Bayseian built an end-to-end digitisation pipeline using OCR-based document extraction, automated data transformation, and a unified Power BI reporting layer covering FeedQC workstreams across multiple sites.
What changed
Quality control reporting for the FeedQC workstream is now automated end-to-end, eliminating manual data entry for that workstream and giving near real-time operational visibility. Revenue figure is client-reported (as of July 2026).
