Bayseian Ltd — Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
Financial year ending 31 March 2026 | Published: June 2026
1. Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Bayseian Ltd (“Bayseian”, “we”, “our”) has taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.
Bayseian has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or in any of our supply chains.

Bayseian is an AI-native professional services firm. We design, build, and operate production AI systems for enterprises, governments, and sovereign funds. Our workforce is predominantly highly skilled knowledge workers engaged on a permanent or contracted basis.
3. Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain is primarily composed of:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
- Software and SaaS vendors for development tooling, productivity, and operations
- Professional services contractors and specialist consultants
- Office and facilities service providers
Given the nature of our business as an AI consultancy, our supply chain is predominantly technology-based and carries a lower inherent risk of modern slavery compared to sectors with manual labour, manufacturing, or raw material supply chains. However, we remain vigilant and do not consider any sector to be entirely risk-free.
4. Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
We undertake the following steps to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery:
- Assessing modern slavery risk when onboarding new suppliers, with particular attention to suppliers operating in higher-risk jurisdictions or sectors
- Including anti-slavery and human trafficking provisions in contracts with suppliers and subcontractors where appropriate
- Monitoring our supply chain on an ongoing basis for indicators of modern slavery
- Conducting due diligence on new suppliers and reviewing existing supplier relationships periodically
5. Our Policies
We operate the following policies that contribute to ensuring modern slavery does not occur in our business or supply chain:
- Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy— Sets out the organisation's commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities and supply chains.
- Recruitment & Employment Policy— We verify the identity and right to work of all employees and contractors. We pay at or above market rates and do not use practices such as debt bondage, document retention, or withholding of wages.
- Whistleblowing Policy— We encourage all workers, suppliers, and partners to report concerns about any aspect of our business, including any suspicion of modern slavery, without fear of retaliation.
- Supplier Code of Conduct— We expect our suppliers to adhere to the same high ethical standards we set for ourselves, including with respect to modern slavery and human trafficking.
6. Training & Awareness
All members of our leadership team are made aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, and the steps they should take to identify and escalate any concerns. As we grow, we will implement formal training for all staff members on identifying and preventing modern slavery.
7. Reporting Concerns
If you have any concerns about modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chain, please contact us at hello@bayseian.com. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly.
8. Approval
This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Bayseian Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually.
