The Challenge

Enterprise marketing has fragmented into a sprawl of 50+ disconnected tools — frontier creative models, ad platforms, analytics, CRM — none of which talk to each other, and roughly half of ad-attribution signal has been lost since cookie deprecation and iOS 14.5+. A sovereign-backed megacity launching to a global audience needed marketing run as a software system, not a stack of vendors: on-brand at scale, bilingual, fully governed, and compliant with regional data-residency rules that generic cloud platforms could not meet.

Our Approach

Bayseian built and runs a multi-agent harness on region-compliant cloud — brief in, performance out. Brand inputs (brand book, prior creative, performance data) feed a multi-agent runtime: creative agents for image, video and copy; a multi-model routing layer that picks the best frontier model per task; a brand-RAG and cultural-guardrail layer that enforces voice, identity and bilingual rules; human-review gates; and an observability sidecar. Outputs flow to paid, owned and earned channels, then server-side attribution, element-level signal extraction and fatigue detection close the loop back into the next brief. It ships as three capabilities — Creative Engine, Closed-Loop Performance, and Cultural Intelligence.

Outcome

Live since Q1 2026 with five agents in production serving the development's marketing leadership.
